First Christian Church Hosts 
First Interfaith Hospitality Network Guests

 From Sunday 10/7 through Saturday 10/23, the First Christian Church of Conroe hosted its first families as a part of the Montgomery County Interfaith Hospitality Network.  We transformed our classrooms into family bedrooms, cooked breakfast and dinner, entertained our guests, and drove them to look for jobs.  It was a great experience for all.  The workers were too numerous to mention, but special thanks to Bobbie Harris (and her main helper Si Harris) for coordinating everything for that week.  Those who helped were touched by our guests and thankful for the opportunity to reflect God's love and care through them.  To our guests we say, "Good luck and may God bless you and keep you forever more."

We cook.  Well, at least one of us is cooking!
