Dear Fellow Crafter,

Please accept our invitation to attend and participate in our annual Fall Festival and Craft Fair to be held October 28, 2006 at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Conroe, Texas.  Details of the event, and its rules and registration requirements, are listed below. 

·        Festival hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Saturday, October 28, 2006;

·        Vendors may set up on Friday evening between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm and Saturday morning from 6:00 am to 9:00 am;

·        Booth spaces are available both inside and outside the premises;

·        All booth spaces are 10 x 10 feet;

·        An inside booth rental is $50.00, an outside booth rental is $20.00;

·        Exhibitors must provide display equipment such as tables, chairs, electrical cords, lights, and display racks.  Pop up structures will be allowed.  All set up and tear down is the sole responsibility of the vendor;

·        Exhibitors must be present at all times during the show, no booth can be left unattended;

·        All items sold by exhibitors must be hand-made or hand-embellished by you or your organization (as is the case with distributors of home-made gourmet products).  No garage sale or resale items will be accepted;

·        No outside food vendors allowed;

·        No alcohol allowed on the premises;

·        No smoking allowed in the family center;

·        Refreshments and convenience facilities are available;

·        Exhibitors will be asked to contribute a small item to our silent auction;

·        Registration deadline is October 10, 2006.  Late applications will be accepted only if space is available; and

·        FCC Conroe (Disciples of Christ) reserves the right to refuse any application.

·        Booths are required to have tables covered and an orderly display

 

We have enclosed an application form for your convenience.  A tax ID number is required on the application and a copy of the tax ID form must accompany your application to be considered.  Three good quality color copies of intended show items must accompany all applications.  These will not be returned to you unless requested at time of check in.  Please forward your application with your check to ensure booth space while it is still available.  Our mailing address is:
